Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it and request a refund under UK consumer law.
Eligibility
For hygiene reasons, returned skull caps must be unworn, in original packaging, and in a clean, resalable condition — free from smell, washing, makeup, hair products, oils, stains or other marks.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty — for example an unusual smell or clear damage — after trying it on, a partial refund or no refund may be given depending on inspection. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
How to Return
Please head to our Contact page, select Return request as your subject, and include your order number. We will reply with instructions and ask for your nearest InPost locker so we can send you the return details.
Size Check Before Ordering
Our skull caps are one size fits most with an elasticated band. Approximate measurements are 19 cm height and 26 cm width. Please check these carefully before buying to avoid returns due to tightness.
